As the oldest foreign language school in Florence, Eurocentres Firenze has over 55 years of experience in teaching the Italian language and culture to students from all over the world. Our school is located in the Renaissance building of Palazzo Guadagni, overlooking the beautiful Piazza Santo Spirito.
Eurocentres Firenze has eleven classrooms, a multimedia learning centre, lecture room, student lounge and sun terrace. All our teachers are qualified in teaching the Italian language and a variety of innovative approaches and methodologies are applied.
The school is a partner of the Eurocentres Foundation of Zurich, and is also recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education. Furthermore, Eurocentres Firenze is periodically controlled by the international quality organization EAQUALS and has received the ISO 9001 certification.
Our Basic course is designed to help you develop all aspects of your Italian language skills. Lessons take place in the morning allowing you to organise your own programme in the afternoon.
Our Language and Culture Intensive course allows you to focus on and improve your language, putting into practice specific Italian language skills in a variety of contexts.
Eurocentres Firenze also offers a range of complementary courses which students can combine with their language studies: Italian Art History; Cucina Italiana; Professional Cooking; Fashion Design; Drawing and Painting; Italian Opera; etc.
US University Credits: Thanks to Eurocentresâ€™ collaboration with the University of Winsconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), students who regularly attend a course of Italian language at Eurocentres Firenze can receive US university credits.
